Includes a handwritten and typewritten history of the Brigham Young University Department of Modern and Classical Languages, penned by Benjamin F. Cummings, professor of Classical Languages for 34 years at Brigham Young University. The manuscripts are dated 1955.

Contains revision drafts of "Gods Within the Machine: A History of the American Society of Newspaper Editors, 1923-1993," a study written by Brigham Young University communications professor Paul A. Pratte. Also contains related research records, including minutes, correspondence, the organization's bulletin, journal articles, and presidents' speeches and records, 1920-1995.

Contains drafts of three different novels by Wiles that are the first three novels in the Kevin Kirk Chronicles; My Mom's a Mortician, Funeral Home Evenings, and Early-Morning Cemetery. The Buzzard Bait Motel drafts of folders 1-4 become the book draft that is in folder 5; My Mom's a Mortician. Materials dated 2002-2005.
